Privacy policy

ownersellers.ai is a media brand operated by Vire KLL Inc., a Delaware company and the team behind the product at klipy.ai. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “ownersellers.ai” mean Vire KLL Inc. as the party responsible for the data described below. ownersellers.ai is a publisher, not a product: there is no account and no login here.

Newsletter email. When you subscribe, we collect the email address you enter and, if you provide it, your name. We use it to send you the weekly newsletter and related updates you asked for. Nothing else on this site requires you to give us personal information.

Usage analytics. When you have granted analytics consent, we record product analytics about how pages are used. Where an event relates to your subscription, your email is one-way hashed (SHA-256) before it reaches our analytics provider, so the raw address is never shared for analytics. If you do not grant consent, we do not send these analytics events.

Server and request data. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) to serve pages and keep the site secure.

Newsletter subscriptions are stored with Resend, our email delivery provider, in an audience for this newsletter. We confirm each subscription with a double opt-in, so an address is only added once you confirm it. We do not keep a separate subscriber database of our own; Resend is the system of record for the list.

We share the limited data above only with the providers that run the site:

• Resend processes your email address to store the subscription and deliver the newsletter.
• PostHog processes consent-gated, privacy-safe usage analytics. Subscription-related events carry only a hashed email, never the raw address.
• Our hosting provider serves the site and processes standard request logs.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your email for advertising to third parties.

Unsubscribe. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can manage your subscription at any time from the preferences link in the footer of any edition. That link uses a signed token tied to your address, so you can update it without a login.

Access and deletion. You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at the address below and we will act on your request.

Analytics consent. You can decline analytics, and declining does not affect your subscription.

We keep your subscription for as long as you stay subscribed. When you unsubscribe, Resend records the change and stops sending you the newsletter. You can ask us to delete your record entirely at any time.

ownersellers.ai is intended for people running or building a business. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy as the site evolves. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
